1. Overview

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your submission of a listing to the Beyond Gifted Services directories, including the Gifted Provider Directory and the Gifted School Directory (collectively, the “Directory”), operated by Beyond Gifted Services (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By submitting a listing, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

Listings are available to:

•  Providers: Licensed clinicians, therapists, psychologists, coaches, consultants, and educational professionals who serve gifted, twice-exceptional (2e), and neurodivergent individuals and families.
• Schools: Independent schools, charter schools, micro-schools, homeschool co-ops, and gifted programs that specifically serve gifted or 2e learners.

We reserve the right to decline or remove any listing at our sole discretion, including listings that do not serve the gifted and 2e community or that misrepresent credentials or services.

3. Listing Types

• Free Listings: Include your name or school name, location, category, and a brief description. Free listings are not verified and do not include a clickable website link, email address, or verified badge.
• Premium Listings: ($47 per 6-month term) include all free listing features plus a clickable website link, displayed email address, verified badge, photo or logo, and priority placement on the interactive map.

4. Billing & Recurring Charges

By selecting a Premium Listing, you authorize Beyond Gifted Services to charge your payment method $47 every 6 months on a recurring basis until you cancel.

• You will receive a reminder email before each renewal charge.
• You may cancel at any time by using the cancellation link provided in your billing confirmation.
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time in a current period.
• If a payment fails, your listing may be downgraded to a free listing until payment is resolved.

5. Accuracy of Information

You represent and warrant that all information submitted — including your name, credentials, degrees, licensure, school accreditation, program descriptions, and contact details — is accurate, current, and truthful. You agree that you are not practicing in violation of any law, sanction, or lawsuit.

You agree to update your listing promptly if your information changes. Listings found to contain false or misleading information will be removed without refund.

6. Credential & Licensure Verification

By submitting a listing, you attest that your stated credentials and licensure are valid and in good standing. Beyond Gifted Services may, but is not required to, independently verify credentials. NPI verification, where provided, is sourced from the public NPPES database and does not constitute an endorsement.

7. Directory Use & Endorsement Disclaimer

Inclusion in the Directory does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, or guarantee of services by Beyond Gifted Services. We are a directory platform only. Families and individuals are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before engaging with any listed provider or school.

8. Content Standards

You may not submit listings that:

• Contain false, misleading, or defamatory content
• Violate any applicable law or professional licensing requirement
• Include content that discriminates unlawfully on the basis of race, gender, religion, disability, or sexual orientation
• Contain spam, promotional content unrelated to your listed services, or links to harmful sites

9. Removal & Suspension

We reserve the right to remove or suspend any listing at any time, without prior notice, for violation of these Terms. Premium subscribers whose listings are removed for Terms violations are not entitled to a refund.

You may request removal of your listing at any time by contacting us at emmaly.perks@beyondgiftedservices.com. Premium listings removed at your request will not be refunded for the remainder of the billing period.

10. Intellectual Property

By submitting a photo, logo, or other content with your listing, you grant Beyond Gifted Services a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display that content within the Directory.

11. Limitation of Liability

Beyond Gifted Services is not liable for any damages arising from your use of or reliance on the Directory, including but not limited to interactions between families and listed providers or schools. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for your listing in the most recent billing period.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of your listing after notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify active Premium subscribers of material changes by email.
